The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact stated that the driver side electric seat will not go in the down position. The failure prevents him from applying the brakes because his legs become numb. The dealer stated that they cannot change the seat or assist him. The current mileage was 5,500 and the failure mileage was unknown. Updated 02-01-08. Updated 02/01/08
