Wiper would not work on high and only sometimes at other speed selected.

Update from Nov 7, 2014: Wipers were fixed under warranty

THE WIPERS ONLY WORK WITH THE DELAYS EVEN WHEN THE SWITCH IS TURNED TO NORMAL OR FAST. THEN EVERY ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE THEY WILL WORK NORMALLY FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS. VERY HARD TO DRIVE ON WET OR RAINY DAYS. THIS IS A VERY BIG SAFETY ISSUE.
