So far this 2007 Dodge Ram sucks. First the shocks where bad and didn't get replaced under warranty until 3 weeks ago. They had not produced any shocks lately and so they had to put in a Ranchero system. Fine with me. Then the brakes occurred and i will have to change the back ones tomorrow. Last night i got into my truck after work at 1am, turned the key and nothing happened. Battery was fine, checked everything i could and suddenly car started!?!?!?! I had less problem with my 1994 Ram 1500 Laramie i had for 7 years than i have had so far with this 3 year old piece of ......... Thinking of selling that nice piece of art ASAP

After the dealer completed the 30,000 mile tune up, there was a shudder in the brake pedal whenever I applied them. I took it back and they turned one rotor which did not help the problem. Since they had rotated my tires, they put them back where they were, still no help. My thinking was they had not torqued them correctly. They re-torqued them, still no good. The problem is of course, once you torque them wrong, the rotor is warped. They said however, the rotors were ok. They must have done something wrong because there was no problem before. After reading comments from other Ram owners who have tried everything, and who have spent a lot of money, and have not found a solution, I don't know what to try. Dave
Update from Oct 7, 2010: I took my 2007 Ram back to the dealer. This time they checked the rear rotors and found the left rear warped .013. They trued it and the problem is fixed! They did not charge me because they couldn't be sure why it warped.
