2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4WD - No interior lighting, No dashboard lighting. The interior lighting and dashboard illumination affects day and evening driving for different reasons. No ability to drive vehicle during evening hours or when there is no natural day lighting. Unable to see the speedometer, gas level indicator and temperature gauges. Exterior lights work, but inside the vehicle it is completely dark. There were no warning lamps or messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to discovery during evening hours due to dashboard not displaying or illuminating the warning lamps during day hours. So if something were to go wrong while driving during the day there is no way of knowing the issue and/or troubleshooting prior to failure. Replaced blown fuse in the Integrated Power Module - Cavity 35 - Mini fuse 15 Amp Blue - Description Cabin Compartment Node (CCN) Illumination. This course of action restored the interior lights and the dashboard lighting appeared to be working, however the warning lamps were displaying false information. For example, emergency brake light was on, but the emergency brake was not engaged. There is no way of knowing if the warning lamps are reporting accurate or inaccurate information. The vehicle was purchased used on 8/31/2021 - mileage 204,836. The information reported in this text above was not disclosed by the dealership. As of 9/1/2021 in process of having vehicle inspected by dealership to determine course of action. To date all communication has been verbal.

Spyder auto (19395 E. walnut drive North city of industry California) is selling headlights that they claim are dot approved but the pair I received are 'cross eyed' and there is no left to right adjustment and they refuse to warranty them. I had ordered a different pair previously from a different manufacturer which also had the same defect and it appears both sets of headlights came from the same factory in china and are using the same molds and are importing them and illegally claiming they are dot approved. I've included a picture of the beam pattern.

When using my turn signals (mainly left signal) the opposite turn signal comes on indicating I am turning right instead of left. Several instances I have come close to a near accident. This is not a consistent problem, but very intermittent. Research that I have done states that the multifunction switch needs to be replaced. Very unsafe to have turn signals working improperly. This issue has been happening for about 2 years that I know of.

When I turn on my left turn signal, either it wont turn on at all, or the right side turn signal turns on. Also my hazard lights does not work, when I turn on my hazards only the left arrow turns on. Not the right. This is a hazard since if I happen to be on the side of the road at night I need my hazards for other cars to see my vehicle and not hit me. Or when turning I need people to know which way I am going.

Please see NHTSA action number PE08059. This action did not include enough of the vehicle population!! the model year 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 vehicles are also impacted by this issue as well as the 2006 model which is listed on action PE08059. Many online complaints verify that the vehicle population is greater than just 2006 models. Chrysler must implement an extended warranty on 2007 vehicles as well. When the turn signal is used, the vehicle signals the opposite direction and the problem is intermittent. The problem results in near crash as other vehicles on the road expect the vehicle to turn out of their path but really intend on turning into their path.

Almost every time I go to use my blinkers it doesn't switch the right blinker on. And sometimes the wipers and the blinkers don't work at all. I just bought this vehicle not to long ago and have no other means to get my children to child care and my self to work. I am afraid we are going to get into an accident. With all that is going on here and being a single mom of four. I am afraid I wont be able to afford to fix it. A loss for words. Please any sugestions.

When using the left turn signal the right signal sometimes flashes. Sometimes the left signal will flash for a few seconds, then the right signal will flash a few times. Failures are intermittent and inconsistent. Also, the wipers and washers operate intermittently, and the high beam switch works about 20% of the time, sometimes requiring a stop to actuate the switch repeatedly so as not to blind oncoming traffic.

The turn signals works sporadically I flip the signal left it will blink right and vice versa or they wont work at all at times also the hazard lights will not work. Along with these symptoms the windshield wipers will not work at the same times as the prior mentioned symptoms. I called the dealer to check vehicle recalls the service agent said there was not any recalls but this is a common complaint on the 2007 Dodge Ram it is a very dangerous situation as it was raining during the last episode the visibility was extremely low and I was unable to properly let the other motorist my intention to merge out of traffic.

When the left turn signal was tuned on, the indicator light inside and outside would indicate as such and then it would switch to the right turn signal even with the switch in the left turn signal position. Sometimes when the left turn signal was applied, it would switch to the right and then continue to switch back and forth from right to left.

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. I bought this vehicle approx. July 2011 and since I can remember, the vehicle has done the same thing. The problem is in the multi switch( windshield wipers, and turn signals). When I flip the turn signal down the right blinker will come on. This happens about 50% of the time when engaging that switch. In this same switch is the windshield wipers. This is also affected sometimes by not engaging them or not running correctly. This has caused me many problems and am worried it could result in a wreck.

The multi-function switch, intermittently, when you push down to make a left turn goes to flash on the right side or visa versa if you sometimes hit the high beams it resume to normal but you have to play with it to make it work properly very dangerous afraid of getting into accident or being pulled over by law enforcement. Also, it functions fine 30% of the time but the rest of the time it functions as described above or not at all.
