I live in Wisconsin where we experience extreme temperature changes, and with winter temperatures often below zero, the occupants need to be warm to be safe. The safety of driver and families depends on the proper working order of heater in these conditions. The heater blender door is apparently stuck to the open position allowing fridge cold outside air to be blown into the cab in the foot area. After driving an hour to our destination the driver and the occupant in the front seat no longer can feel their feet because of being so cold. "how can proper acceleration and braking be applied when the operators feet are frozen?". this is a safety concern and a health hazard to occupants, with the potential to cause frost bite, because the cold air can't be diverted or shut off. After searching on-line this is a common problem in numerous models and years of Dodge vehicles. The average cost of the fix is $1000 to $1500 because the dash needs to be pulled out. I couldn't imagine how much this issue has generated in auto repairs, do to faulty equipment to the consumer. This is a recall issue and should be addressed as such. I even spoke to a person while waiting at the local dealership that complained about the same issue and was getting it fixed. This costly/ common repair, if not fixed can effect the safe operation of the operators gas and brake pedal in extremely cold weather. Judging by the comments on-line this should be a recall issue. Thanks

Vent door broke causing air to only come out of the defrost vents with no air on the floor vents. When floor vents are selected on control switch air blows out defrost vents.
