On my previous post I noted truck had stopped on its on; dealership repaired the issue they diagnosed. Well it stopped again, just a dead stop, motor still running, but no communication between accelerator and engine. Returned it to the dealership again and the called next day stating it was the brain. Charged another $1000, so I pushed back on that stating they hadn't repaired it last time, so I shouldn't get billed so much. Got the truck back after 4 days; it stayed parked at the airport for 9 days over the holiday. It ran for one week again and dead stop. I was pissed and also not confident to trust the vehicle.

It just stops, motor is still running but no communication between accelerator and engine. Towed it to dodge dealership, they added battery cable, oil pressure regulator sensor, and condenser. About $1,000. Drove it about a week and bam, same thing.

This is the 3rd occurrence where my truck just stops when I'm driving. This time it would not restart. Had it towed yet again and the dealership has had it 3 days. Yesterday they called and do not know what is wrong with it, apparently it isn't showing up on the computer when they test it, They can't get it running either. Needless to say, I'm pretty upset and if they SHOULD say they've fixed it again, there'd better be some serious reduction in repair costs, since I've paid 2 times already. Quite honestly, I do not feel it is safe to drive and after reviewing the other 10 complaints of similar occurrences on carcompaints.com, it seems there is something very broken with some of these Rams. I have written a complaint to Safercar.gov to let them know. Please respond if you have any details that can assist.
