Fill up and vehicle stalls...at high and low speeds. No brakes steering... answer throw into neutral and re-ignition and vehicle starts......... Dangerous at any speed!! Spent $1250 Tomball Dodge.
Drove off and stalled immediately..... Dealership explained no fix recommend, don't fill up..... what of a refund....."Call Dodge" was response. If I do not fill up the problem went away, but last week at half full problem returned. Re-visited dealership this week 5/15. Recommend a new fuel tank as the cure???? Another $1500 for tank and fitting..... I declined offer... their recommendation "Call Chrysler"
Perhaps we have to kill someone as the Toyota Key issue.
Thank heavens Chrysler don't build Aircraft...imagine the disasters. Chrysler know there is a problem but have no recall and have no sense of responsibility.
Hope this warns others and their families.

The molded "check valves" in the tank have failed. This issue caused my truck to die after refueling the tank from below a quarter of a tank to full. The Evap canister was saturated with fuel. Dodge is currently 1/25/2018 changing manufacturers for their fuel tanks. A new tank is very hard to get right now. A new tank costs $950 and labor was about $200. Total cost for repair is $1150.
Prior to replacing the gas tank the Evaporator canister was replaced and the EGR valve was replaced. Replacing these did not fix my problem.
Update from Feb 21, 2021: The Dodge dealership stated the CHECK VALVES that are located inside the small tubes molded into the gas tank were leaking. They replaced my gas tank (~$1,200.00) and this did in fact fix the problem for me. I hope this helps someone else out.
Good luck, Dodge has not covered any of my complaints.
