This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Dodge dealer.
Purchased used from Johnson Dodge, Hackettstown NJ dealer. The rear sliding window is leaking, back seat wet. Looked it up on the internet and its a known problem from Dodge. Called the dealer today, I am two wks out of my used car warranty and the extended warranty I purchased doesn't cover it. Made appointment with dealer for their glass guy to look at it not til next Tuesday. I have shirts stuffed up there to catch the water, but the seat is getting wet not helping. Went to Safe Lite and its 90% that the window breaks when trying to repair - they recommend a full replacement at $1,000.00 quote.
Very disgusted and more disgusted that Dodge knows about the problem but wont fix under a recall.

Large puddles formed under the back seats soaking the carpet, ran water around the back window and it was bubbling up on the bottom portion of the framing where the cables are ran for the electric sliding window. Have a Appt. Monday.

I bought this ram new and in less than 3 months started to leak water in the rear floor. They found the factory had made a mistake when they sealed the seams. So the window was removed and the seams were fixed and repainted and a new rear window was replaced. It stopped leaking for a short time. Then started again the rear window was replaced again. The sliding window seal was leaking I was told. Then it went back to leaking water in and the dealer replaced the cab vents said the were not aligned right, and had the third light resealed with clear rtp.Now It is still leaking and they have no clue. They sent a water leak expert to my house and they still don't know where its coming from and now the interior stinks

I accidentally broke my rear window, and my insurance company paid to have it fixed in March of 2011. The new window leaked horribly, as I went into summer it didn't matter. A friend of a friend who has a body shop offered to re-seat the window. It stopped leaking for the most part, but still leaked a little, driver side rear pocket under seat filling up. I just looked up to see if the rear slider track drains could be plugging, and found a DIY fix, looks simple, I will paste the URL here if I can. http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/27082498.cfm
