Bought a brand new RAM Truck. Looked great, ran great. Once winter arrived, the truck turned into junk......Tried to get some satisfaction with replacing my front bumper due to the rust but all people said was to buff out the rust spots. A brand new truck should not look like a 15 year old truck. Frustrated to say the least. Mad enough to want to try to trade for a GM or Ford. May take a loss just to get rid of the problem.
To bad......Looks great until you drive it off the lot. BE AWARE if you are thinking of buying a RAM. All they had to do is be willing to replace the bumper and I would not be spreading the word of such a poor product and service.

I've searched out this problem online and its seems to have been a common problem with Ram trucks. But Chrysler has been unwilling to explain why it happened or to fix the problem.
