It's hard for me to believe Dodge designed this cap to get caught on whatever is slid out of the bed of the truck. The cap snaps back on, but it won't be long before the fasteners no longer work. If there is no recall, there should be. This is unacceptable in a $40,000 truck. If anyone has any suggestions to fix this problem, I'd love to hear them.

Drove new truck and tail gate cap blew off. Replaced it and it fell off, dealer screwed in back on. Screws were at an angle. Fell off a 3rd time. I threw it in the garage..what a mistake buying this truck as many other recalls and problems
