I asked Dodge what they were doing about the and was told that they get updates for the uconnect but it could take weeks or months I paid extra for this option which no longer works I got the impression from the people at Dodge that they could care less if it ever got fixed. I was a loyal dodge owner till this happened now I tell everyone to not to buy a Dodge as they will not stand behind they product

30% of the time when I attempt use voice commands to place phone calls by name or dial by number the system errors in its response. There are names I use frequently that fail 100% of the time.
Dodge first told me to live with it as the manager for the service department has the same problem after 3 trips to service and losing a full days work and 4 hours on a Saturday.
I escalated the issue to the Executive Complaint Department where at first was met with rude customer service and finally escalated to Alexis, a Manager, who set up another repair and rental to have issue checked out by another Dodge Service Department. The service technician agreed with my issue and stated that the voice training provided could have been done better and that Dodge does not use a best in class supplier for their system. He agreed to inform me of any updates to the system which might help me. Steve, the Service Manager at the dealership then reported to the Executive Complaint Department that there were no issues with my vehicle so they closed my case. Calls to Marshall Hansen, the General Manager at the Richardson TX dealership go unanswered and unreturned.
To add insult to injury the vehicle was delivered with outdated maps and I was told that I would have to well over $100 to get the updates.
