I bumped a 3 inch curb at approximately 10 mph and the rear axle snapped. Dogde stated that it was not a defect in the material. I disagree, the service manager said he had never seen such damage. The tire and rim were not damaged. The tire did go flat due to the weight of the truck and shock resting on the inside sidewall. I am not letting this rest. Dodge should repair because the break is evidently the result of a bad casting.
