The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated he had to replace the battery. A dealer was not contacted. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 100,000.

The contact owns a 2011 Ram 1500. The contact stated that when starting the vehicle, the vehicle hesitated to start. On occasions the vehicle was able to start, it would sporadically shut off. An unknown dealer diagnosed that the totally integrated power module was the cause of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact to call NHTSA to file a complaint. The failure mileage was 110,000.

The contact owns a 2011 Ram 1500. While driving various speeds, the vehicle stalled and completely turned off. The vehicle was taken to elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (1434 beverly pike, elkins, wv 26241, (304) 636-2243) where it was diagnosed that the totally integrated power module burned and caused the fuel pump to malfunction. The dealer stated that a new fuel pump needed to be installed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 82,000.

The contact owns a 2011 Ram 1500. While the vehicle was stationary, the fuel pump relay failed within the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled without warning and would not start on more than one occasion. An unknown Dodge dealer was made aware of the failure and diagnosed that the (tipm -7) fuel pump relay was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 14V530000 (electrical system) as the source of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 112,000. The VIN was not available.
