2011 Dodge Ram 1500. Consumer states when high beams are turned on low beams do not work the consumer stated the dealer had him shine the lights onto an open wall, and only the high beams hit the wall when they were turned on. The consumer was informed the lights were working as designed and no further assistance would be granted.
