While driving vehicle with only the rear windows down, iether one or both the vehicle will shake, vibrate and the noise level inside the vehicle will rise to a level making conversation impossible. At higher speed the vibration and shaking become more problematic. Dodge dealer showed me page in owners manual saying if this is a problem, just put down more windows, even if you dont want the other windows down, put down more windows. Design defect ?
