The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the windshield wipers stopped functioning. The contact disengaged and reengaged the windshield wipers; however, the failure persisted. An unknown dealer was contacted and informed the contact that they were unsure of the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 200.
