"takata recall" I received a notice of the passenger side air bag being defective and in need of replacement. I have contacted the dealership multiple times over the last two years to ask for it to be replaced. I have been told each time I call that there are no air bags available for replacement. So I still have a recalled air bag in place in my vehicle. I am concerned that due to the takata bankruptcy that I will be left with no replacement of the air bag and have an unsafe vehicle. I just want the air bag replaced.

Takata recall, received notice from takata as the owner of a vehicle with one or more tamara manufactured airbag inflators containing phase stabilized ammonium nitratepropelent. I was advised to contact my dealership immediately to schedule a free repair. Today November 7 2017 I contacted tommie vaughn Ford in houston Texas and was told, they do not have the parts to fix it and do not know when they will get the parts.

Takata inflators: I received a recall notice in July 2016. It basically said, "don't call us - we'll call you!" this summer, I E-mailed and left phone mesages at my dealer, harrold Ford. I never received a response. This week, I received a legal notice in the mail re: Tk holdings Inc., et al chapter 11 case. I have been driving around in a vehicle that could kill my passenger with no repair, compensation, or even an apology from Ford. How can I make sure that my car is repaired and safe to drive?

It has been a year already and they still have not taken any actions to have this problem solved. I'm still driving my car and exposing my passenger to a serious injury.
