Ok so ford forgot to put in two screws and out in the same plastic guides that were there before and forgot to grease it. So when I used it 2 times it broke again so I called a different repair place and they took it in and replaced all the guides with aluminum ones and the screws they forgot and the weather stripping the forgot to replace. So it ends up being 7000 dollars and Ford would admit no responsibility for any of it on top of that it took them a week and a half to fix it. And I didn't have car for half of it they finally gave me a loaner for the other half.

When I drove the car off the lot I had to bring it back the next week. The moon roof crinkled and the rubber track popped out. They had to replace the track. Now years later the track popped out again and they want to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee when one is not required. The parts alone are $147 and now they are telling me that both sides need to be replaced. I hardly ever use the moon roof as I've had several bouts with skin cancer and keep it closed on sunny days.

I do like to open it up at night. Because of the broken piece and pulling motion, it actually ripped the material. I will be trading in my car on NOT A FORD. This is a known issue with these cars. My sister wanted to get an Escape but it's the same design as the edge.
