Edge Titanium 2.0L Ecoboost

There is a creaking or clicking noise coming from the area behind the driver seat. It sounds like as the car flexes and bounces on the road, it creaks. Not sure if it's the chassis or body in white or suspension. It doesn't matter if the car is empty or full.
