Escape Titanium 2.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 30,000 miles

Vehicle was making a loud clicking sound when first reversing. Then when going over large gaps in pavement or bumps. Dealer inspection found that the wrong shocks were installed by the Factory when it was manufactured. Corrected by putting the proper spec rear shocks on.
