Escape ST Line Elite Hybrid Awd

Since May 15 the Escape Hill Assist Light has been coming on followed by the check engine light.

The first time it happened in May the car completely shut off in the middle of the road and would not restart or anything had to be towed to the dealership. The dealership had it a week they basically said we reset the codes and said there were not issues and they could not get the same issues or malfunctions as occurred earlier. So, I picked up my vehicle from the dealership and thought everything was good to go. A week later while stopped at a red light on level ground the same light the hill assist error light came back on along with the check engine light however this time it only stalled at the red light it did not go completely dead thank goodness. I took it back to the dealership and they acted like I had no clue what I was talking about and said they could not find anything wrong with the car. Fast forward to July 2 and it does the same thing again. This time I took it to a different dealership as I was already frustrated just to see what they would say. This time they actually looked at the codes it was throwing at them and found multiple issues for communication between system and ABS. ABS software update and updated other systems cleared vehicle codes and found no more issues at the time.

So, I went and picked my car up from the dealership on July 15. Drove it home no issues. Well today I am driving stopped at a red light and it happens again. I am done so now I am taking it back to the dealership tomorrow.

I am beyond frustrated at this point and need help or suggestions as to how to communicate with the dealership or Ford as to best resolve this problem b/c I cannot afford a car payment and a rental car at the same time as now they are saying that my car is over the 36000-mile warranty (bumper to bumper)

Please help thanks!!!
