Explorer Limited 2.3L Eco-Boost

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,100 miles

The first day to use the A/C after an end of February purchase. Returned in one day after charging system with Freon.

Update from May 13, 2022: After three trips to the dealership we purchased this new Explorer, Ford continued to provide the mechanics with differing parts to replace. Finally, we had enough of old loaner vehicles. We submitted our desire to return the car under the lemon law in Virginia. We did receive 100% refund of our funds. We went to Chevrolet and purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. So far, no new complaints. . Very happy with this new Chevy!!!
