driver's seat trim breaks consistantly driver's seat trim breaks consistantly

5/1/20 1st Time for this issue - taken to dealer. Dealer took their sweet time trying to determine if I caused the problem so they wouldn't have to honor the warranty.

10/9/20 2nd Time for this issue - taken to dealer. Exact same issue with seat trim breaking because of faulty bracket construction.

3/1/21 3rd Time for this issue. Exact same issue with seat trim.

We had a 2017 Explorer and never once had this problem with the seat trim.
