Explorer Limited 2.3L Ecoboost

I feel this is poor quality control from Ford's supplier of the switch. However, I mentioned this issue to the service advisor during a visit to have a recall taken care of and though I thought that they might say it was normal wear, they took care of the issue without any pushback at all.
