Frame on a 1995 Ford 150 pickup with 75,550 miles is broken in two places, approximately in the same areas on each side of frame. The breaks are located behind the front axle. Driver's side is completely cracked through the frame rail. Passenger side is cracked at same spot.

There is a terrible popping " noise when the transmission shifts or the torque on the frame changes due to turning or braking, the problem goes away when the bolts are tightened, but reappears after 100-200 miles.
