Catalytic converter is too close to rubber bushing which melted, and turned the front axle which can break off.

Vehicle was misbuilt. Catalytic converter melted the rubber bushings, and the radius arm bushings. Dealer contacted and is aware of the problem. Cannot remedy the problem. Repair work was done at owner's expense. Provide further information.
