Experience hard shifting, loss of power/acceleration, and malfunctioning instrument cluster including speedometer and digital display when accelerating. Scanned error code is P0721. Problem may be related to Customer Satisfaction Program 19N01 (molded lead frame) that has expired for my vehicle which has 193,000 miles. Ford is no longer covering the repair which is a safety hazard for its vehicle owners. Loss of power, inability to accelerate when necessary, and controls that don-??t work put me and my passengers at risk. Dealer has confirmed that the problem is most likely due to expired repair but states it is no longer covered by Ford. I do not recall receiving a letter for this problem and I hope Ford will change and decide that customer safety is a concern.

Transmission has stuck in 5th gear multiple times and has suddenly downshifted from 5th to 3rd multiple times and has downshifted from 6th to 5th numerous times, also has started in 5th gear from starting of truck till I unhooked battery and then it went to normal 1st to start. On 2-3 occasions the wrench warning light has come on till I press ok then it may stay on a few seconds then turn off. Putting the safety of my family and others at risk as I travel highways daily. This is all after having to have another transmission in after the recall stating sudden downshift from 3rd to first, that recall caused my transmission to go out with zero help from Bob Moore Oklahoma city. They pointed the blame at me saying it didnt have transmission fluid but the shop that did the swap said it was not low or empty. This happened in 2021, here I am 3 years later wondering if it is going to be another expense I'm going to have to foot. And the recall procedure was preformed by bob moore Oklahoma city

6-speed automatic transmission shift issues. Car shifted from 6 to 1st gear while driving down the highway at over 60mph. Recall 19S07 remediation was completed previously, the reprogramming. Now the issues back and the vehicle randomly shifts to 1st gear while in other gears like 4,5,6 going over 40 mph. The issue occurs randomly and creates a major hazard with the vehicle dramatically slowing down until the car gets back to a proper gear. Ford states that the molded lead frame needs replaced and will cost over $1,100. The prior recall didn't fix the issue just delayed a future driving hazard with a cost to the driver.

Our truck lost power and lights on dash came on with a wrench nothing else was working. Truck was not shifting properly and lost all power. We contacted Ford and they said the truck had a recall for transmission module but it was expired and they would not help us. We were never notified of the recall. In speaking with ford they did not want to help us and told us to contact the better business bureau. I found information on this recall online our truck is a 2013 Ford themselves said it should have been fixed but we had no idea of the problem. [XXX]. Is this not a safety issue that could cause an accident if the truck shifted in first gear while going down the highway at speed? I am blown away by Fords lack of care and assistance with this issue. while driving at normal speeds, sometimes the transmission would abruptly downshift to 1st gear. Fortunately, for me, it didn't happen at highway speeds, but I've heard that others have done so. I took my vehicle to a repair shop right away, they suspected the problem, and verified it with the diagnostic codes. I had it repaired at my own expense. I checked with my Ford dealer, and they suspected the same problem, but weren't sure they could even get the part, and couldn't even look at it for 6 days. There NEEDS to be a recall!
