Noticed the leather on my ford was peeling apart and I haven't owned the vehicle three years yet. Attempted to make an appointment with the service center and by the time they could see me (about a week later) my car had conveniently gone past the bumper to bumper warranty limit. Called the customer service department and they had me bring in my car to the service center for pictures. Three days and no car later my claim was denied because I was slightly over the warranty (they knew that when I called). I escalated this to a supervisor who was willing to work out a deal where I pay 25% of the cost. At this point another seat was falling apart so I had to bring the car in to have that examined so ford could decide if the same deal could be made for this seat. Another two days and no car and I hear back saying that ford will work out the same deal. I call the service center who did had not heard from ford. It has been over twenty days and multiple phone calls with ford and I still don't have an appointment to get my seats fixed. Worst customer service ever. In the meantime I can't help but wonder how long till the back seats start fraying as well. I don't trust the quality of my car anymore.
