Car stalled for no reason in a parking lot. Had to have AAA tow it. Ford dealer said it was the electronic throttle body, and that the cost was covered under some sort of "extended warranty." This sounded suspicious, as I do not have an extended warranty on the car. They charged me, though, for fuel injection service.
Researching this online, I found that many 2010 Fusion owners have had this same problem. It is potentially fatal, as the car can stall at any speed, with no warning.
Why weren't we told about this? When it fails and you take it in, you get a free part, but that doesn't help if you and others die as a result of you stalling in traffic.

Stalls IN traffic, has happened ten to fifteen times since April. Ford has been mostly useless with several solutions, all done, none address the problem which continues. On line search shows ETB problem which Ford has not acknowledged but it describes the problem exactly.
