Takata recall I received a letter (jujy, '16) informing us of the "safety recall notice 16S26/nht sa recall 16V-384. We've made four phone calls (09/12/16, 10/21/16, 11/10/17, 0512/17) and gotten the same answer- still no parts available. I can't believe this! we are appalled! P.S. during the October 21, 2016 phone call I was informed that there is another recall on this auto, besides the airbag.... no more info on that either!!!

Takata recall. I received recall notice 16S26 in July, 2017 and nothing has been done about it. I've talked to the dealership several times and customer relations a couple of times. The answer is always the same: The parts are not available. I say not enough effort is being made to secure them. They have exceeded any reasonable time frame to fix a potentially lethal defect. Thank you, [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

Takata recal there is a recall and every dearlership says that they do not have replacement airbage, yet I am supposssed to keep driving this car, even though it may kill my wife or pregnant daughter in laws! mu notice was August 2016. Are they trying to tell me that takata has not made any new, safe airbags since August 20165! or is that my family's lives are not a priority with Ford. If Ford does not have the airbags, then give us a loaner car until they fix my death trap.

Takata recall we have checked with Ford dealers and the Ford main website and are told there is not a remedy yet. We just again, 3-27-17 at 9:00 pm, checked the Ford website, entered the VIN number and it says remedy is still not available. It has been almost a year since first notified. This has got to be rectified.

Takata inflators. I received a notice in July of 2016 indicating a recall occurred. However, it is now March of 2017, and I have not received any card indicating that I can take the car to the dealer for the airbag replacement. I am very worried that the car is a hazard to drive.

I am unsure if my car was included in the air bag recall that I found via google, I was never notified for several recalls involving my car. Now the Ford dealership has informed me that there is an issue with my car as well as several others of the same make and model with code issues. These code issues cause the power steering to fail without warning and cause loss of control as well as something involving service advancetrac. Ford has told me they can reset each time the code messes up but at this time Ford has not ordered a recall and they will contact them to let them know. What am I to do? this is very dangerous!
