Airbag light comes on after you start the car but there is no issue. Recall was fixed recently as well but apparently the senor is not covered in the recall.

The airbag warning light was on and stayed on. The passenger airbag light said the airbag was off when a person was in the passenger seat. I had to turn the car off while in park in my driveway and turn it back on after a few minutes. The light went off and didn't come back on. The transmission does not shift smooth when switching gears from park to drive.

The contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that when the vehicle was in park, it accelerated forward and crashed into another vehicle without warning. The air bags did not deploy. No injury was reported. The vehicle was not damaged. The vehicle was towed to the seelye Ford (3820 stadium dr, kalamazoo, mi 49008) where the shift control cable bushing dislocated and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that he researched the failure on-line and found an unknown recall in which the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.

The air bag warning light will come on, will stay on until you cut the car off, but then it may not come back on next time. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it stays on while the car is running, sometimes it goes off a few seconds after cranking like it is supposed to

1. air bag sensor stays on, as if I have a malfunctioning unit that will burst at any time. No matter what I do, it always stays on. There is no way to turn the sensor or the airbags off, so I cannot disengage them and keep them from exploding unnecessarily. 2. the transmission does not shift properly. It is jumped when automatically shifting between third and fourth gear as if there is not enough fluid to allow for a smooth transition.

Air bag sensor came on and will not go off. It isn't working properly. The airbag sensor light comes on and stays on, regardless if there is a person in the seat or not. Passenger air bag seems to be showing off all the time. I'm concerned that they aren't working properly.

Passengers air bag sensor does not work properly. When starting the car the passengers airbag light (0ff) comes on and goes away immediately regardless if there is a person in the sit (adult). Air bag seems to be on all the time with no light indicated. Don't even know if it works

I was parking backing up when the horn went on the first time. I thought that I might have touched the horn sign accidentally. Driving away from work the same problem happened again the same day, horn went on blaring loud again but this time hands was well positioned on the wheel. When making turn left or right horn would sound out loud again. When car is parked outside and the temperature is high horn would sound on and off. It happened also while car was in motion in the traffic blaring so loud on and off to cause fear and anxiety. The horn would go on and off even park in the driveway at night and during the day causing nuisance in community. Took car to the dealership at the services department after hearing the horn loud blaring(sd) decided to disable it until they checked the problem. The diagnostic reveled a faulty electrical wiring affecting the ignition and air bag. Been having this issue two weeks before memorial weekend May 2019, issue occurring up to this moment.

The contact leased a 2016 Ford Fusion. While driving various speeds, the vehicle swerved independently, rolled over twice, and landed in a wet field. The contact was unsure if the driver blacked out. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained bruises to the body and whiplash. The passenger also sustained bruises and whiplash from the side window that was wrapped around her. Both occupants required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a tow lot. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided case number: Cas-152226495. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000. The VIN was not available.

I it not acting correct! gas smell, sterrng, horn weak, took to dealership at woodbridge with my friend while I am not in fla. For the short while the previous car red 2015 was replaced at purvis Ford in fredricksburg, va. When I was here last time in 2015. It was ready to blow!

Takata recall- I had on previous Ford Fusion. Tires, stability, wipers, ripped into I just bought two new tires August 2018. The car is under 9,000. Miles! the red one previous was 10, ooo, miles when I had to turn in lease, and pressured by a salesman. Plus they put on extra packages, and when I called, I said take it off, etc... they did not! I had trouble turning car at times(both) they have run off the road because of tires and other things. It was highway driving. Always.

I still haven't had my air bag replaced by our local Ford dealer. I received a notification earlier this year that it would be replaced before the year is up. So far, I have heard nothing.

ABS lights, traction control lights, throttle body control lights, air bag lights, emergency break lights, rear right break lights all come on my dash, it is at random times, first starting the car up, driving it for 2 minutes or even up to 10-12 minutes. Speed, weather or making a turn or just going straight does not matter. Warning lights can go off every day multiple times or as lttle as once a week. You can feel the streeting get very tight, its hard to even make a turn which is not very safe. Had my vehilce in the shop for 25 days straight. Was told the issues were fixed and withint 7 hours of picking my car up all the same lights came on.

On Saturday Mar 31,2018 on my way home from work I was going through a green light on a city street and hit a car that failed to stop. The front end of car hit the right side of the other car. None of my airbags deployed and my car has been totaled due to massive front end damage

Car stopped accelerating in the middle of the highway, yellow wrench light came on and airbag light came on. The car started shaking and came to a complete stop. I barely made it to safety on the highway full of cars. I pulled over and turned it off because it wouldn't drive. I turned it back on and it drove fine. I have researched this and realized this has been happening to thousands of people who own 2016 Fusion and yet there is no recall. I am terrified of driving it. It seems to be the throttle body that needs complete replacement but at expense of the owner despite thousands of cases. How can this be? please advise.
