The contact owns 2018 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that while turned off and inspecting the vehicle, the contact became aware that the driver-??s and passenger-??s side seat belts failed to retract as needed. The dealer immediately replaced the driver-??s seat belt system but had declined to repair the vehicle at the time. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 42,000.
