While driving at moderate speed (between 25 and 35mph), the car's dashboard indicated that The Brake System, Lane Departure, Honda Scene, Electric Motor/power Steering, and several other systems were having issues and I should see the dealer. I would have attempted to record these, but I was at an intersection, trying not to get hit. The battery light, tire pressure light, and another indicator (I cannot recall which one) was on. I was able to stop before entering the intersection. After letting up on the break, I did not move forward. I pressed the gas, and still did not move forward. I powered the car off by pressing the power down button after putting the car into park. Upon restart, the Break System error about the "Break Performance being reduced..." was still there and I was able to make my way into a nearby parking lot. I parked, and restarted the car again. The error was still there, but no more indicator lights were on. Inspecting around the car and under the hood, I didn't see anything that stood out. I restarted the car again, and had no lights, but the break message did appear again before disappearing. I was able to drive back home without further incident.

came to stop sign. As I turned the corner, engine died in the intersection, all warning lights and dashboard warnings came on. I was dead in the intersection. I had to put car into park, turn the car off, turn car back on and then I could start the car and move out of the intersection to the side of the road. All warning lights and dashboard warnings were on. I have pic of warnings from last event (of 4). able to drive car, everything was normal except brake warnings was on the whole trip (30 min) but brakes worked fine. Parked car for 2 hours and when I came out, all warnings were NOT displayed. This has happened at about the following dates and mileage on the car BETWEEN events. Car purchased new 2/25/2023. First event was about 7/16/2023 at about 2994 miles. Second event was about 2/20/2024 at about 4978 miles since first event (7972 total miles). Third event was about 6/20/2024 at about 3885 miles since 2nd event (11857 total miles). Fourth event was on 11/9/2024 at exactly 3970 miles since 3rd event (15827 total miles. Each time, I have taken it into a dealer. They did a software update after 3rd event and after 4th event, replaced ICM module (ignition control module). Honda factory person worked with dealership after 3rd and 4th event. To date, we do not have any evidence that replacing the ICM has fixed the problem but also no evidence it has not fixed the problem as the events seem to happen every 3,000 to 4,000 miles. I have lots of documentation I have sent to Honda and have a case number with them (13997837). I have asked Honda to replace the car. They started the process but just this week in a call, they said they were ending that process for now. Not sure if I was able to ADD copies of my dealership invoices, my own correspondence with Honda. If they are not on this document, call me and I will send them to you or email them to you.

Honda accord 2023 touring 11600 miles driven When i was driving, "break system probem please contact the dealer" appears on the screen. The car acceleration stops, Engine light and all the other lights show up. Even when i accelerate, the car doesn't move. I turned off the car, restarted it and then did it twice then it started working again. Car acceleration reduces even when i driving.

I went to put windshield washer fluid into my car. When I opened the hood, I saw that the under hood insulation was gone (Burt away). We just had a snow storm and it happen to be heavy wet snow. I always turn on the car from my house (auto start). The heavy snow forced the hood to touch the engine and because it did not have a cover, destoyed the insulation. I went to Honda and showed the service manager the picture. He said I would have to pay to replace the under hood insulation, that does not seem right.

Driving out of parking lot at 15 mph, loss of power, unable to accelerate, message warning on dash stating brake problem. Message states reduced braking issue, see dealer. With a couple of tries while stopped, was able to restart the car. Braking problem message remained on dash. Drove about 6 miles to dealer. Parked the car. Shut off. Restarted in front of service advisor. The brake problem message was now gone. Decided to leave the car at the dealership for diagnosis as I was afraid to drive home. Waiting for call back. Mileage about 14,500 at incident.

Twice while driving this vehicle, a large number of warning lights activated simultaneously, and I lost the ability to accelerate the vehicle. Essentially, every ADAS warning triggered at once during these incidents, causing me to lose acceleration and creating a dangerous situation. The first incident occurred on the highway during heavy traffic. The sudden activation of all ADAS warnings was alarming and highly distracting. Fortunately, I managed to pull over safely. After shutting the vehicle off and restarting it, most warnings disappeared, but a few related to the brakes remained, which was very concerning. Despite being able to drive afterward, I was worried about brake safety. Later, when I started the car again, no ADAS faults were present. The second incident happened as I was leaving my apartment complex, forcing me to stop in the middle of the road due to the same issue. After the first highway incident, I took the car to Honda, as it was still under warranty. They inspected it but dismissed the problem, stating all they saw on the code reader were -??junk codes-?? and that nothing was wrong. I plan to return to Honda after the second incident, but I fear they will give the same explanation. Online research reveals that many others have experienced almost identical issues. This is an extremely dangerous flaw in the system that requires immediate investigation and a recall before someone gets seriously hurt.

While driving on the highway at approximately 65 mph, the car warning system beeped and displayed several error messages, including problems with the power steering, braking, and road mitigation systems. I was told to get my car to the dealer immediately. I also noticed that the car seemed to be losing acceleration power. As I was driving in traffic, my main concern was to get the car off the highway ASAP, so I was not able to note all the warnings. I did exit the highway, coasting off an exit ramp, having lost all or most power. After shutting off and restarting the car, all messages cleared except the warning of a potential brake failure, and I think the TPMS warning. I was now able to drive the car home with full power. The brakes, steering, and everything else seemed fine. After getting home, I shut off the car for about 30 minutes and when I restarted it, all errors had cleared. The car then drove fine and after the weekend, I took it to my dealer. They ran the error codes, and there were some codes, but nothing indicating a problem. They said it was fine to drive, but to let them know if I had additional problems.

Rear camera fails when the outside temperature is hot, camera lost color image showing only the image on black & white, bringing the potential loosing of distant perception to the driver due the lack of color and the increase of the shadows on black and white image, I already take the car to Honda dealer and the response was Honda is aware of the problem and they are in the process of investigation due several new vehicles had the same problem.

This has happened on two separate occasions, with our purchased-new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid, which has about 30,000 miles on it. We've had no other issues with this car prior to these two events described below, which happened within in one week of each other. FIRST EPISODE: I was driving on a 4 lane road separated by a median, moving straight ahead at around 30MPH, when suddenly, without any warning from any of the car systems, the displays went completely dark, I was unable to accelerate at all, and had to coast-over into a shopping center parking spot. Once I rolled into the lot (I still had steering), I placed it into park. I waited a few minutes, pushed down the brake and started the car without incident. We took it to a Honda Dealership, but they stated that because there were no warning messages we saw displayed, they would be unlikely to be able to reproduce this, and given we would have had to leave the car for several days without a loaner, we chalked it up to some kind of fluke-glitch. If this had happened on a freeway at higher speeds, this could have caused a serious life-threatening situation (being completely without power, unable to accelerate in fast moving traffic). SECOND EPISODE: This time, I was making a left hand turn and accelerating from a side street onto a main thoroughfare when the car once again lost all ability to accelerate, all screens went dark, and I coasted to the side of the road. There were no warning lights or messages prior to this happening, and once again all display screens were completely dark. Once I coasted to a stop, I put the car in Park, put my foot on the brake, and the car started right up. Had there been any cars coming in either direction, this loss of all ability to accelerate (and all power) could have placed me and other drivers in a serious life-threatening situation. We have an appointment on 6-6-24 with a local Honda Dealership, and it appears others have had this same problem.

When overtaking Semi-trucks on the passenger side, as I approach the truck's cab, my vehicle turns off cruise control and sometimes applies the brakes while the vehicle icon will show an obstetrical is in my lane. On a few occasions, the emergency brake bar flashes and the car decelerates. Once I react (usually by applying the gas) the warnings go away. When I called Honda, they said to go to the dealer. The dealer states the vehicle is within specs and there is nothing they can do.

Vehicle sometimes picks up blacked out or repaved cracks in road as departing the lane. The vehicles steering wheels shakes and vibrates then steers back into what it thinks is the center of the lane. Mind you as I-??m already centered. It begins pushing car into on coming traffic and lane. Also the bottom aluminum transmission cover has come loose causing the skid plate or cover to come down on one side. This particular piece has fallen off and was dragging causing sparks. Sometimes the speed limit on the dash reads 65MPH as 85MPH

The vehicle lost all ability to accelerate and a number of vehicle warning lights all activated at the same time. A number of warning messages started cycling through in the dash display including messages that there was a problem with power steering, braking, traction control, etc. upon restarting the vehicle, the vehicle drove normally. I took it into the Honda dealership the next morning, and they saw logs of the issue from the day before, but could not get the warnings to reappear. They said they could not replace any sensors or parts that they believe may be affected if the issue only occurred once as it was likely just a -??glitch-??. I expressed concerns about safety but they said too many parts would need to be replaced.

I was backing out of my driveway and put the car into drive I accelerated and applied firm brakes to slow the car down cause I forgot my brother. Brake system warning and tire pressure warning popped up and stayed. Turned the car on and off and it was still there. The next day everything was back to normal. Took it to the dealer and they said no codes were stored in the cars computer. Literally the next day a code popped up for the lane keep assist and disappeared 3 seconds later( this never happens usually). Took it to the dealer again but they said they can-??t do anything if they can-??t replicate the problem themselves. I-??m suspecting an electrical issue.

I was driving, went to turn onto a street from another when my car lost power. Warnings popped up but I was so concerned about getting out of oncoming traffic, that I did not have time to read them, let alone take photos. I turned the engine off and restarted the car. It started without problem but a Brake System Problem alert popped up. It advised to take the car to the dealer. After turning the car off and on again, the alert went away. The car was towed to the dealer on 1-18-24. The dealer is working on it as of today, 1/31/24.

The car has stopped suddenly after taking a turn on the road. It gave a bunch of warnings on the speedometer display saying the TPMS failed, Brake System failed, Collision Detection failed, and contact the service center immediately. I restarted the car, the car started moving. The warnings were still there for some time and they started disappearing one by one.

I bought a 2023 Honda accord sport hybrid June of 2023 two weeks after purchasing the vehicle it starting giving me issues such as the dash board and infotainment screen would freeze up and completely erase itself I took it to the dealership 2 times they told me that if it didn-??t do it at the dealership there was nothing they could do so they sent me home with the car. A week later I notice the safety system lights were coming on and saying system not working see dealer service soon I took photos of it and showed it to them they once again told me if it did not duplicate it self there was nothing they could do. I took it to them for the 3rd time for the same issue with even more photos and a video and got the same response. The same day I was otw to work and the whole system shut it self down again and erased completely and the dash board froze up I took it to them again on the first week of January and got them same excuse. Then on January 16 I was otw to work traveling at 45-50 mph when the car completely cut off and locked the steering wheel up and said shift to P to restart engine then after restarting the battery and brake system stayed on for 2 day then I took it to them on January 18 and they told me they didn-??t know what the issue was with the car but it could be wiring and the wiring harness. And when I asked them to replace the car because I no longer feel safe driving it they told me they don-??t think they can replace the car

The warning lights dealing with the braking system malfunctions. All warning lights dealing with the Braking system come on the dash. The brakes failed to engage and the car began to roll backward on a hill had to use the emergency brakes to stop the car. This problem has happened twice since I had the car on 12/6/2023 at which time all warning lights came on dealing with the brake system and on 01/09/2024 both times the car was tested by the dealership and no codes were showing but I have a video of both incidents I provided. Both incidents were reported to the dealership on the same day of occurrence. 12/6/2023 and 01/09/2024. During this time the car was in EV mode and the acceleration would not respond as well. The only way to get the car back running normally was to turn the car off wait a few minutes and turn it back on. The photos attached will show speed and any other information needed because it is two different occasions of the same issue. In the second incident, a vehicle was behind me as the car began to roll back on a hill and I engaged the emergency brakes to avoid rolling back into the other vehicle.

The rearview camera while backing up in low light is terrible at best. It cannot safely be used to back up due to the "snowy" pixels, even the dealership agrees the quality is less than poor. No the camera on the back is not dirty at all. I have pictures available, but your form below does not allow me to attach them.
