The contact owns a 2014 Honda Crosstour. While driving 60 mph, the contact heard a loud abnormal popping noise coming from the roof of the vehicle and the sun roof exploded. There were no injuries. The contact called ed napleton oak lawn Honda (5800 95th St, oak lawn, il 60453, (833) 571-8721) and asked for an estimate of the repair cost. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to call NHTSA. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 66,000.
