I followed instructions by calling Liberty Honda in hartford, ct on November 10th and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again on November 27th and was told the same thing. The notice said I could file a complaint if they did not respond in a reasonable amount of time/60 days. I simply want to schedule the repair.
