The battery failed at 2k miles and needed to be replaced. Both axles need to be replaced due to failed CV joint. There is clicking with turns. When backing up, emergency braking engages and leads us to stop in the middle of busy roads. This is a safety issue.

Leased the 2024 Honda Prologue EX AWD on [XXX] and attempted to get the HondaLink app setup so I could see the charge level and other vehicle features. Also wanted to select my charging option and access EVGO credits. Received the text link but would not activate. I waited a week before stopping by the dealership to see if it would correct itself. Contact Honda Support and they resent the text link and told me it would take up to 24 hours to activate. I waited 48 hours and called Honda support, I proceeded to tell them that in addition to the app not working the integrated Google Maps was not functioning as it indicated the car was in Mexico, when in fact I was in Virginia. The Honda support person elevated my case to 2nd tier support and they indicated it would be 24 to 48 hours before I would get a response. I talked to tier 2 support person the next day and after some basic troubleshooting they transferred me to OnStar support as none of the OnStar buttons functioned either. After troubleshooting with OnStar they told me that 5he telematics module was probably bad and that I needed to take it to dealership, so 11 days and less 400 miles later I took my vehicle to the dealership. That was late on [XXX]. The dealership contacted me on the following Monday to tell me they need the car a little longer so their technician that was most familiar with the Prologue could look at it on Tuesday. The dealership called me back on Tuesday and said the telematics module needed to be replaced, but it was on a nationwide backorder until the middle or end of March. They did tell me the vehicle was drivable, but my concern is that without OnStar if I was in an accident and incapacitated it wouldn-??t be able to contact emergency services. I did receive an update that the part is now expected to arrive April 6th, so my vehicle sits at the dealership still and I have now made 3 payments on it even though I have only driven it for 11 days. While driving in traffic, the car unexpectedly applied the brakes and displayed a 'Service High Voltage System' warning on the dashboard. Service High Voltage System warning. Have had this come up on my car and I have seen that this is a design issue with the battery cooling system. I am glad that the car did not just shut off while I was driving. Honda/GM need to make this car right. And this issue is happening to everyone. Please help us.

I have had my prologue for about two months now and have noticed that I receive a warning about reduced acceleration "randomly." I say -??randomly-?? because I-??ve observed that it appears during two specific situations. I get that warning whenever I-??m low (less than 20%), so this is not random as it seems consistent. The other time this occurs is when I am driving or just starting my car (the battery percentage doesn-??t matter, as it happens when it-??s between 30% and 80%. Also, it happens when the temperature is below and above freezing). However, the latter situation occurs randomly and seems to happen more frequently while driving, though it also occurs when I am just starting the car. On top of that, the Forward Collision Warning system is extremely sensitive and has caused the car to brake hard unnecessarily on me with and without Adaptive Cruise Control enabled. Sometimes it even warns me of something that isn't even there.

I bought my car in mid-December and twice in the space of driving it less than 300 miles I got warning lights regarding a "high voltage" problem and to go to the dealer immediately. I did both times. The first time they said it was due to the robot installing some valves backward and also the refrigerant was low. They put me back on the road and it happened again after a few short drives. My car has been in the shop ever since. It is now Feb. 10. They now say that there is a badly designed hose that leaks refrigerant, and they are waiting for it to be redesigned and sent out and it is on national backorder. They estimate it should become available by end of February. I want this complaint logged into the system in case it happens again and because I am sure many people have this problem, having read all the complaints on the Honda Prologue forum online.

I was driving on the freeway when a few error lights came on-?"the Reduced Acceleration, Propulsion System Icon, and a turtle icon on the dashboard and I had to floor the accelerator pedal to maintain my speed. I then pulled over, and the vehicle wouldn-??t shift into drive or reverse. It gave an error message saying -??conditions not meet.-?? Eventually, the car started working again. This is an ongoing issue with the car and Honda doesn-??t want to do a buyback, this car is a lemon. I keep taking it to the dealer and all they do is clear the codes and state they can-??t -??duplicate-?? any of my concerns.

I purchased Honda Prologue Elite Model in May 2024. In around December, a warning sign "Service High Voltage System" message showed up. We left the EV for service twice since then and the first time the honda dealer mentioned that the A/C and Battery Sensors were in swapped positions and they fixed the issue by swapping positions and was set right. The warning came back again around two weeks later and the 2nd time around, they said the DTC P0534 A/C Charge was low and that this error must have happened at assembly. The warning disappeared for less than 2 weeks and reappeared again the 3rd time. Its about 4 weeks now since we have left it for service and when we called them couple of times, they mentioned they are waiting for the parts from Honda and dont have an ETA. Its 4 weeks and we do not have the vehicle after investing 60K. We made several calls and emails to American Honda Motor Co., Inc asking for update on the Issue and the inconvenience we are facing without having the car and the response is to wait until they can fix it. This is not expected from Honda whom we trusted and bought such an expensive car. It seems like they don'w know what the real issue is and each time we get some random response as a fix and the issue comes back. What's more concerning is that its an issue with the Electrical High Voltage system and we don't feel safe driving in it. I would have not chosen to by this EV if i knew they had these issues and not tested well enough before releasing for public. I have lost faith in Honda and 60K isn't small money Hoping the concerned office will Look into these reported issues and address this soon. Best

Twice in the total 750 mileage on the Prologue, warnings have come on that state -??Service High Voltage System" and "Reduced Acceleration Drive with Care.-?? This occurred on 01/03/2025 at ~300 miles and again on 02/02/2025 ~750 miles. This error seems to be widespread with low-mileage Prologues, but Honda does not appear to be recalling to correct.

I purchased the vehicle on January 27, 2025. The morning of Jan 29th, I had three error messages pop up. 1- Service High Voltage System 2- Service Vehicle Soon 3- Reduced Acceleration Drive With Cate The vehicle would not allow me to connect via Bluetooth. My phone was no longer paired. I took immediately to the service dept at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Was told it was an issue with the AC, an A/C pressure valve would need to be ordered. 7-10 days for part to come in. Vehicle is in service dept waiting to be repaired. Only 79 miles on the odometer.
