When turning the wheel there is Clicking sounds from the front axle, turning 90 degrees right or left. Dealer has been informed and said it sounds like an axle issue and that others have complained about this. Started almost immediately after taking delivery. Also rear camera failed after 1 hour of taking delivery.

Vehicle was in for ac/heating issues that occurred the day I bought the vehicle in Oct 2024. Ac would blow cold on driver side and hot on passenger. No heat from the driver side footwell area.Dealer had me bring in for diagnosis. Parts ordered and car was in for a week in Dec 2024. Interior had to be completely removed for the repair. System seemed to work fine. Now with below zero temps in my area, not heat on the feet, no heat from the vents for passengers in the rear seats. Heating system seems very week with cold weather.

When you mark a tight turn either left or right there is a loud clanking noise from the wheel. I only have 600 miles on the car and it happened about 100 miles in.

The axles make a bad clunking sound when performing sharp turns. Honda says it is -??normal-?? yet the problem started after owning it for some time. Also, not every car (Honda or otherwise) has this -??normal-?? behavior.

My boyfriend went to charge the car and it stopped and gave a high voltage message and then the heat stopped working so next day day took it to the dealer and they said they ruled out the battery but there is a component that is broken allowing the coolant to cool off battery. The have no ETA ON THE PART. I purchased this car on December 18, 2024 and here we are a Lil over 30 days and it's in the shop. I have seen on forums alot of people experiencing same issue.

Loud noises coming from CV joints when turning wheel left or right sharply. New car.

There is clicking in what I believe are the CV axles while turning left and right. The heat does not work in the blistering cold which causes loss of visibility since the defrost won-??t work. When this happens the vehicle gives a red warning light indicating -??service high voltage system/battery.-?? I have taken it into the dealership 3 times now for the same reasons and each time they can-??t diagnose the issue.

The HondaLink has unreliable connectivity with the vehicle for remote functions and charge notifications. When keys are misplaced or locked in the car, the unlock feature does not work as expected neither does the climate control function or any of the remote functions. This is can leave me stranded and unable to get into my car. The Charge notification also do not work this means when something happens that interupts charging to the car I would not know that my car will not be ready to drive when I anticipated or at all leaving me unable to get to my destination.

UNKNOWN- car makes loud knocking sounds when turning right or left. Not sure what it could be but I read other people say it-??s an axle issue. Took car to Honda, they inspected car and said it was fine and cannot figure out why the sound is occurring, but did say all prologues have this knocking sound when turning. Honda is currently investigating why this is happening and as of now, my dealership said the car is safe to drive even though I hear the sound daily and it makes me nervous. I use this car daily to drive my kids to school and myself to work and it is the only car I have but it is worrisome.

1. Service high voltage Battery warning. HVAC system stopped working and vehicle is in limp mode. 2. Vehicle clicks and clunks in the front end noise coming from the CV joints on both side. Dealership says that it is "ok to drive" parts are on back order with no ETA.

HondaLink Application does not always accurately communicate with the vehicle. This could cause issues with sounding alarm for distress or just everyday convenience for heating/cooling the car. Also, it is used to track charing and tire pressure.

When turning, either left or right, a clicking noise is coming from the the front end. The noise comes from the front end in the direction I am turning from the wheels area of the front end.

I have a new Honda Prologue with less than 300 miles. The Vehicle Drive Shaft makes clicking noise at the CV Joint when I make a left hand turn. I took it to my local Honda Dealership, Roush Honda in Westerville, Ohio. They acknowledged the problem and in fact saw the same problem on a new Prologue that is on their lot. They told me they would contact Honda about my problem and hopefully arrange to get my vehicle repaired. I have heard/read that the part needed to repair my car is backordered due to nationwide shortage caused by this vehicle defect on numerous 2024 Honda Prologues. Prologues owners with this defect are being told the car is safe to drive. This is a guess on the part of the dealership staff since they really don-??t know what the implications will be if their is a catastrophic failure of the defective part while someone is driving,

Less than 1200 miles on the car and the cv axle was clicking on the left side. Dealer confirmed that replacement of the cv joint/axle is needed and the part is apparently on order.

I was not assisted with setting up OnStar on the day of purchase, which was at the end of September 2024. The next day, when I was unable to set it up myself, I contacted the dealer and was sent numerous links to set it up. However, it has never worked and has been to the Service department twice. The first visit was on October 19, 2024, and I waited for one month for parts that never arrived. They informed me that the parts were on backorder, and since the vehicle was drivable, I chose to pick it up. However, the radio went completely out on December 19, 2024, and I was instructed to bring the vehicle back to the dealer because the parts had finally arrived. I was provided with a loaner, and the vehicle has been at the dealer ever since. I reached out to them on week three to inquire about the estimated time of completion for the new radio system installation and was informed that additional parts needed to be ordered, which would take seven more days. I followed up 10 days later and was told that the part had still not arrived
