I noticed a clicking sound whenever I made a turn, whether it was left or right. I reported the issue to Honda-??s service department, and they were able to reproduce the problem. Initially, I was informed that the required parts were on back order. However, I recently received a call informing me that the parts were now available. I brought the vehicle in for the replacement, but when I picked it up, I was told that the problem had not been resolved.

Multiple problems. Suspension/axles grinding and popping when go around corners, multiple messages to service high voltage system, complete loss of power while driving, loss of awd system, extremely loud thunking under hard acceleration (merging onto freeway etc), that shakes the whole car and can cause it to go off track a bit. deathtrap on wheels, dealer's no help, corporate is no help.

Every time this car comes to a stop, it rocks back and forth significantly on its suspension. Even at low speeds, it is noticeable when breaking, with about a second and a half of five to six rebounds back and forth. It is highly prominent with stronger braking or stop-and-go traffic, resulting in about two seconds of hard rocking back and forth. This problem happens more when the car is being driven in normal mode, meaning using both the acceleration and brake pedals; it-??s less pronounced when driving in -??one-pedal-?? mode. I took the car to the dealer service department, and they tested my car and other Prologues. The service department manager said this seems to be a problem in all the Prologues, even a 2025 model they tested. This problem is causing motion sickness for me and my wife, which can lead to distractions and potentially unsafe behaviors as explained below: * Distraction: Passengers experiencing motion sickness may be too focused on their discomfort to pay attention to the road or the driver, which can be dangerous. * Nausea and Vomiting: Nausea and vomiting can cause a passenger to become ill, which can be a distraction and potentially lead to unsafe behaviors like reaching for a trash bag or losing control of their body. * Safety of the Driver: If a passenger struggles with motion sickness, the driver may be distracted by the passenger's discomfort, which can lead to unsafe driving behaviors. * Increased Risk of Accidents:If a passenger becomes ill and the driver is distracted, the risk of accidents increases. Even though the dealership acknowledged that this seems to be a widespread problem based on the tests that their service department did, they are unwilling to take action until an official recall is in place. Please help.

Immediately after taking ownership of my 2024 Honda Prologue, I noticed the vehicle makes a knocking sound when accelerating through sharp turns. I notice it everyday when leaving my driveway. I've done research on this issue and found that many Prologue owners in private forums have experienced similar issues and it was diagnosed as faulty axles.

My 2024 Prologue with approximately 3,000 miles has a clunking sound in front of car and noticeable jerk on acceleration. It developed with 1300 miles and was "repaired" by dealer, who claimed it was a loose battery mount. Problem returned within 1000 miles and is getting worse. Dealer now says it is right front axle and part is on backorder. Fundamental safety part crucial to control for car. If the axle is a problem it is a fundamental and incredibly important part that has been in development since approximately 100,000 BC. There should not be an axle problem with a brand new car.

Vehicle Drive Shaft makes clicking noise at the CV Joint and motion irregularities/bumps on turns over flat surfaces, much worse over wider turns at any speed. Vehicle part is backordered due to nationwide shortage caused by vehicle defect on numerous 2024 Honda Prologues. There are no codes on dashboards to otherwise diagnose or indicate problems. Honda service has looked at vehicle and stated noise is caused by the CV joint for the drive shaft, although vehicle also demonstrates sharp bumps/jumps briefly when issue arises even on flat paved surfaces. Still says to drive due to backordered parts with no resolution. Vehicle had less than 1200 miles on it when problem arose, and clicking/booming, whiplash on turns, and rough+noticeable bumps have only increased since during drives.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an ongoing issue with my vehicle, which began pulling to the left at around 3,500 miles. I promptly brought my vehicle to Bay Ridge Honda's service department for inspection, where I was advised to return when the regional service technician was available for a more thorough diagnosis. I returned to the service department at 6,600 miles, and after lifting the vehicle and conducting an inspection, the technician performed a road test. He identified a problem with the front axle, stating that it would need to be replaced. However, the technician also indicated that replacing the axle would not resolve the issue, as the same problem would likely recur within 700 miles. He further explained that the only way to permanently address this issue would be for Honda to issue a recall for the faulty component. Given that this problem concerns a critical safety feature of the vehicle, I am extremely concerned about driving a vehicle that may be unsafe. This is particularly troubling, as I purchased the vehicle brand new and have taken no action to cause this issue. The prospect of continuing to drive a vehicle with a component integral to both the safety and daily operation of the car is unacceptable. I would greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and would like to explore any potential solutions that may be available in the interim. My primary concern is ensuring the safety of both myself and others on the road.

Braking for no reason slam on the breaks so hard we all got so scare. Also the rear brakes engaging with no obstacles on the way.it felts like I hit something. took to the the dealer of purchase and very much make me field like I was insane. and what the technician did was turning off the automatic breaking system. that was the solution. now at when I turn right of left it makes a ticking noise on the suspension. started at 4k miles. plus a win noise is so heavy that I need to the radio volume. I got this car because of the automatic breaking technology offer, but I can't utilize it do to the failure of the system.
