Stay away from HYUNDAI 110 I bought a Hyundai Tucson 2025 from Hyundai 110 in Farmingdale. Just after 2500 miles .Transmission problems, screen blackout in flight, apple car play refuse to. After 1 month going back and forth with Freddy the shop manager , he finally said that the car cannot be fixed. So I called corporate who handle those matters. They are dragging their feet not refund my money its been 3 month already. Hyundai 110 of Farmingdale is blaming corporate and corporate telling me that I should get refund from where I bought the car.

Mathew from corporate called me to get all the details about the car but failed to communicate with Jaspreet in legal dept. Jaspreet called me at 2 am while I was overseas despite the fact that I told Mathew that I will be overseas and adjust the call back time accordingly which he agrees.

Jaspreet from corporate told me I should ask for refund from the dealership but I am paying Hyundai Motor Finance every month. So incompetent I wonder how come she works in legal dept to give me such answers. Jaspreet also said that she never got any repair order from the dealership. When Tom Holmes the manager sent everything to her via Hyundai portal. She was supposed to call Hyundai110 to get all the details but she told me its my job to do so.

Corporate Hyundai has been very incompetent in handling my complaint so far 3 months has gone and am paying for a car that I not even driving. Also I must keep insurance on it.

That is a kind of torture with my own money. Stay away from Hyundai
