Cherokee Latitude 3.2L V6

Bought this car used when it was one year old, in the late fall/ winter of 2016. The first time the weather was warm enough to use the air conditioning here in Minnesota, in June of 2016, the air conditioner failed to cool.

The annoying thing is that one minute it works, and the next it doesn't !!!

The car has been back to the dealer twice already, and they have been very polite about checking out the problem, however it doesn't seem to occur when in their shop, so they have been unable to find a problem !

As it seems to function correctly, but sporadically, it doesn't seem to be the compressor or refrigerant.......

We have no idea what could cause this problem and hope it is not in the computer system itself....

Hope others with the same problem, or the makers of the Jeep Cherokee themselves have some answers!
