This is the 4th time taking this brand new car to the dealership. The new one is, the radio and rear camera didn't turn on. Two days later they were back on. Took it in to have the AC house replaced due to a recent recall, and was told that since they couldn't replicate the error with the radio/camera, there was nothing they could do as nothing came up in the scan. For me to bring in right away if it happens again so that they can try see what is causing the issue.

I opened a claim as well and was told they would call me on Tuesday after they had seen the feedback from the dealer. It is the Friday and haven't heard back. I think that answers my question as to how much they care.

Cherokee Sport 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,500 miles

Jeep replaced the radio. The new one doesn't accept the Sirus radio, so they had to put my old radio back in!

They haven't found a solution for this yet. My radio STILL doesn't come on when it wants to.

Cherokee Sport 2,4

The car had been having acceleration issues (read under transmission complaints) but when my radio didn't turn on I decided to take it to the dealer in Los Angeles. Then they said they had a software update for both issues and they had ordered me a new radio, two days later I took my car back to the dealer because the acceleration issues didn't improve. I have driven my car a total of 8 days since buying it, it has spent 9 days at the dealership.
