We had the dealership re-cover the driver seat due to the leather peeling during the module replacement about 6 months after it being bought.

Cherokee Altitude 3.2L V6

The rear seat upholstery stitching came undone and it took my Jeep dealer 2 months to fix the damn thing. Then, when I received my Jeep back I discovered the "new" cloth they put in was filthy. The cloth was covered in white soot and there was a footprint on the top part of the seat near the headrest. How hard is it to give a customer a clean new part? Garbage customer service!
