The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. While the vehicle was parked with the engine running, it started to roll away unexpectedly. There was no warning before the failure. An onlooker jumped into the vehicle to stop it from moving. The vehicle was taken to darcars orange park Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (7233 blanding blvd, jacksonville, fl 32244) where it was diagnosed that the battery failed. The vehicle was not repaired.
