problem #2

Jul 202018

Cherokee Limited 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 62,750 miles

It is an occasional problem where you try to open the reach hatch and the hatch does not open. It does de-latch so you can open by hand. Happens maybe once per month.

Update from Oct 15, 2018: Fixed with a new battery.

problem #1

Feb 112018

Cherokee Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 36,400 miles

This problem was suppose to have been fixed during the recall. But now it failed. And of course it happened 400 miles after the new car warranty expired. The extended warranty is helping with the cost. I just think I shouldn't have to pay anything since this is an obvious failure of the recall fix.
