I was the first person to drive this 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love the look, love the feel and loved the way it drove. After exactly 1 week it started jerking on shifting and then wouldn't shift past 2nd gear. Then after parking it wouldn't allow me to put it in reverse. Shifted directly to neutral. Brought the car back to the dealer, they said it was a "pin" that wasn't connected properly and swore that it was completely fixed. I drove it for 1 day, parked it for two days and went back to drive it and AGAIN it won't shift into reverse. It looks like it is going to reverse, but then shifts after about 3 seconds to neutral. I have zero confidence in this car and wonder if anyone else has had any issues with this???
The dealer will be towing this vehicle and providing me with a loaner car again and I'm wondering if I should trust Jeep at this point or switch to another car?
