Start driving the vehicle multiple times during the operation you get a service airbag message with a code / dtc of b0020-13 which FCA put out a TSB for but when you do take the car in the code is not stored in memory, so they refused to repair

The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that while his fiancé was driving approximately 35 MPH, the vehicle crashed head-on into a tree. The driver did not seek medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed from the screen and it was totaled by the insurance company. The manufacturer was contacted and a case was opened. The contact stated that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 16V284000 (power train) which could have been the cause of the failure. The failure mileage was 44,000.

I was making a left hand turn in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee when I was struck by another vehicle who was headed the towards me. I sustained major front end damage in a collision and the car was totaled, and none of my airbags deployed. The other vehicle a Chrysler pacifica, sustained less front end damage and both of their airbags deployed. The impact was hard enough to spin my car completely around so I was facing the opposite way and ended up facing the same direction as the car that hit me.
