While driving my dash will suddenly state "service shifter" and all my gear shifter lights will be lit up. The only way I get them off is I have to pull over, stop, turn vehicle off, and restart it. This has happen in town and on the highway. This has happened now several times over approximately 4 months now. The first time being when I got my first oil change.

Panoramic sunroof exploded outward - at 5:15 am, I was just starting to get on the on ramp to the freeway. I was not up to freeway speed yet. Weather conditions were good and approx. 61 degrees. As I was driving on the onramp I heard a loud explosion that freaked me out so bad I was thankful I did not crash. I pulled to the side of the road all tires were fine. All surrounding windows were fine. I had the sunroof barrier closed so I didn't even think about the sunroof until I heard chards of glass beads on the barrier. I pulled to the side of the freeway in the dark and gradually opened up the barrier to the sun roof a little. I could see that almost the entire pane of the back part of the panoramic sunroof had shattered making a huge gaping hole. I turned the car around and went home. If it was a rock or something was dropped on it the rock still would have been there on the barrier. The sunroof literally bows upward and it cracked at the seams so you can see it has definitely blown out. This is a manufacturer defect that could have caused an accident or worse if the barrier had been open and the glass had shattered on me. It is obviously made of safety glass. The explosion was very loud and ear piercing.

My Jeep does not stay locked. I can lock the car, but if someone tries to open it, they are able to without a problem, even when the fob is nowhere near the car. All that happens is the theft alarm triggers. My car was opened by someone in a parking garage at work even though myself and the fob were not near the vehicle. The alarm went off but the person was able to open my door with no problem,

Transmission lurches when taking off from a stop also when coming to a stop and sometimes going into reverse. It's a hard lurch so stopping for pedestrians has to happen early as I'm concerned the car could hit someone. This happens frequently.

This complaint is not specific to my current vehicle. The head rests in all newer vehicles are making those of us who are not overweight and have good posture sit in an awkward position with our heads pushed forward. This is very uncomfortable and we can't turn the head rests around because then the safety measures don't work. Please stop making the head rests lean forward.
