Vehicle had a shifting problem, garage said vehicle needed a shift cable replaced, took vehicle to garage to have shift cable replaced. Tech opened hood to disconnect battery heard a click and then a load boom, looked in car and found all seat air bags, seat belt pre-tentioners, and roof air bags had deployed.

Cost to replace all deployed air bags, seats, etc. $6,750.00 which totaled car. Vehicle had a Takata Recall that was never done. Vehicle was just purchased 2 months ago with a Carfax certification.
