when car is put in drive, mirrors point downward
This is my THIRD visit to the Kia service department. They replaced an electronic component which they thought would solve the problem with the defective mirror, (to prevent from going into the downward position when placed into drive), to no avail. Now they want to keep my car for several more days until their factory rep shows up to further diagnosis.
This is BULLSHIT and totally unacceptable. I told the service manager that I wanted my vehicle back today, and when their tech decides to up to then give me a call to set up further appointments.
I'm coming from having a Mercedes, and decided to give Kia a chance. What a let down. Don't they have computer diagnostics on these things anymore??? Now if I have an engine problem how many months will my Sorento be tied up??

Left folding mirror not functioning properly. It makes a sound like some internal parts are broken when folding and will not fully open. Had to push the assembly with hand to fit in proper position.
