This is a recall but they will not cover it, costs 85 to look at and an additional 200.00 to repair it. But they can't tell you if Kia will cover it until they go in and strip your car and take your money.

Took car in for a recall fix and two days later ABS sensor light and seat belt/air bag sensor light come on. Kia service department says it has nothing to do with the computer fix but I am not so sure about it. They say the seat belt/air bag sensor is under warranty but that the ABS sensor is not. I have had 7 recalls on my car in the past 5 years.
